Using TVB2166, the curing agent (TEC9637W) will start exothermic reaction as long as the central temperature of the device reaches 120 C, and then the oven can be shut down after 30 minutes baking, which greatly shortens the baking time, greatly saves electricity, greatly improves production efficiency, and greatly improves the performance and appearance of the product.
4. It has good adhesion and mechanical properties. After curing, the solid content is high, the cured material is soft, and it is especially effective to suppress noise.
